Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vet Life website (vetlifecalls.com) or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About Our Services

Vet Life is a service of Vet Life LLC, a licensed insurance services company. We connect consumers — with a focus on veterans and their families — with life insurance products from third-party insurance carriers. We are not an insurance company; we are an independent insurance agency that facilitates the comparison and purchase of insurance products.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, financial, or legal advice. Insurance products are subject to underwriting approval, and terms, conditions, and pricing vary by carrier and individual circumstances.

Communications Consent (TCPA & AI Voice)

By providing your phone number, submitting a request, or otherwise requesting contact from us, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive marketing and informational telephone calls, voicemails, and text messages from Vet Life LLC and our licensed agents at the number you provided. Our AI voice assistant ("Ava") identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of each call and is used primarily to verify interest and schedule appointments before connecting you with a licensed human agent.

Consent to receive these calls and texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time by (a) telling any agent or our AI assistant during a call to stop calling you, (b) replying STOP to any SMS, or (c) emailing contact@vetlifecalls.com. Opt-outs are honored within 24 hours across all of our dialing systems, including our AI voice assistant.

Call Recording

All telephone calls with our agents, automated systems, and AI voice assistant may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By participating in a call with us, you consent to such recording.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when interacting with our services. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of insurance coverage or policy cancellation by the carrier.

Third-Party Carriers

Insurance policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers, not by Vet Life LLC. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, claims handling, or performance of any insurance policy issued by a carrier. All policy-related matters are governed by the carrier's terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vet Life LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on information provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Vet Life LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
