Phone Calls, AI Voice Assistant & Recording
We may contact you by phone using a combination of (a) live licensed agents, (b) automated dialing systems, and (c) an AI-powered voice assistant ("Ava"). When the AI voice assistant places or receives a call, you are speaking with an artificial voice that uses automated speech generation. The AI assistant identifies itself at the start of each call and is used primarily to schedule appointments and confirm interest before transferring or scheduling a call with a licensed human agent.
All calls — whether made by a human agent, automated system, or AI voice assistant — may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By providing your phone number and engaging with our services, you consent to receiving such calls and to being recorded.
TCPA & Express Written Consent
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's rules regarding artificial and prerecorded voice calls (including AI-generated voice calls per the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling).
By submitting your phone number through one of our lead forms, third-party lead providers, or by otherwise requesting contact from us, you provide your prior express written consent to receive marketing and informational telephone calls and text messages from Vet Life LLC and its agents at the number you provided, including:
- Calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or autodialer
- Calls delivered using a prerecorded or artificial voice, including AI-generated voice messages and AI conversational assistants
- SMS / text messages from our agents and automated systems
Consent to receive these calls and texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by:
- Telling any agent or our AI assistant during a call to stop calling you
- Replying STOP to any SMS / text message
- Emailing contact@vetlifecalls.com with your phone number and a request to opt out
We honor opt-out requests within 24 hours and propagate them across all dialing systems, including our AI voice assistant. We also scrub our calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry as required by the TCPA and FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Insurance carriers: To process applications and obtain quotes on your behalf
